Full-service interior design for single-family homes across Naples and Southwest Florida — from the first conversation about how you live, through space planning, material palettes, and every selection in between. This covers both new construction, where I'm involved from the earliest layout decisions, and renovations, where I work within existing architecture to reimagine a space. Full-Home & Condo Renovations
Whether it's a full gut renovation or a room-by-room refresh, I manage the transformation start to finish — including condos, where association rules, elevator windows, and building logistics turn scheduling into its own discipline. I plan around those constraints instead of fighting them.
For new construction, I come in early — alongside your architect and builder, from the first set of plans — so finishes, layouts, and millwork details are specified before framing starts, not scrambled together after. That early coordination is what keeps abuild on budget and on schedule
Interior Design Package
This is the layer most projects skip — the elevations that turn a floor plan into a built space. Millwork detailing, built-ins, cabinetry, trim profiles, ceiling treatments, wall paneling: I draw the elevations that tell your contractor and craftsmen exactly what to build, down to the reveal lines and proportions. Because I trained as an architect, these drawings are precise and buildable, not just pretty renderings — they hold up when it's time to actually construct them.
3D Photo Realistic Renders & Video
Photorealistic renders and video that help clients see a space's potential before it's built or renovated — staged concepts, remodel previews, or new construction visualizations that make a project stand out. For anyone who has a hard time fully picturing a space from 2D elevations, a photorealistic render makes it real before a single wall goes up.
It's also a powerful tool for realtors who want their properties to sell the story, not just the square footage — video helps future buyers feel the space, not just see it.
